Holding a 1lb or 2 lb indian club, or even an equally waited baseball bat in each hand, stand with your arms at your side, hanging down. Starting with your arms at your sides, roll your arms in a circular motion backward, coming up, over your head and down in front of you, keeping your elbows extended strait. Roll your arms in this motion continuously 30 times.
