Hold a pair of body blades with one in each hand, hands hanging at your sides start to reverberate the blades to build resistance. While reverberating the blades back and forth to create resistance, move your arms up pointing forward, then back down to your sides. Next move your arms out to each side and back down to your sides. Finally, move them up behind you and back down to your sides. Continue along this pattern for 60 seconds.
